Reflective of the larger goals of FNMC, the New Music Festival seeks to feature new works, facilitate connections between performers, composers, and audiences, and continue the conversation of what it means to be a musician in the twenty-first century.
The New Music Festival will include workshops, performances, lectures, and panel discussions selected via the call for proposals, as well as events which feature composer Kevin Day, networking events for musicians and composers, and performances of winning works from FNMC’s composition competition. |
